- This is a drop-down menu with multi-level submenus.
- Move the mouse over the menu to activate submenus and effects.
- This demonstration shows the following:
- New design with matching background image and colour scheme
- Buttonize option for top-level entries deactivated - the entries
appear as text on a panel
- The spacing between the parent menu items depends
on the applet height - it evenly spaces out everything
in the available space. You can compact everything together
by choosing a smaller applet height - fast and convenient.
- Top level text has been centered; submenu text has been left-aligned
- A fixed submenu width has been selected, which means that submenu
width is no longer determined by the longest text entry; as a consequence
lines which are longer than the fixed width are wrapped (over up to 20 lines)
- Line breaks in entries can also be forced without a fixed submenu width
using "space - paragraph symbol - space" in the index file
