Magic Animated Buttons - Ripple Version
Special instructions

Additional instructions for the ripple version

The ripple version of the Magic Buttons has 5 basic transition types, which can be varied by adjusting amplitude, wavelength and frequency. Adjusting these three factors can change your waves from lots of tiny, fast-moving ripples at one extreme to a slow jelly-wobble at the other extreme. The most suitable transition is a matter of personal taste and will depend a lot on the image you are using. Experimentation is advised. Don't forget that if you need smoother transitions, increasing the number of frames may also help. You adjust the ripples as follows:

<param name=wave-amplitude value=2>
<param name=wave-length value=5>
<param name=wave-speed value=4>
<param name=wave-type value=1>

WAVE-AMPLITUDE: takes values from 1 to 4.

WAVE-LENGTH: takes values from 1 to 10.

WAVE-SPEED: takes values from 1 to 50.

WAVE-TYPE: takes values from 0 to 4 with the follow results:
  1. Circular
  2. Elliptical
  3. Rectangular
  4. Vertical
  5. Horizontal
