Scalability Guarantee
- What is imint.com's scalability guarantee?
In a nutshell, we guarantee to provide scalability that it at least as good as any comparable
competitor product (whether written in java or DHTML), or your money back [licence types I and II]. For
full terms and conditions, please write to us and ask for the full details.
- I have a scalability problem with your products - what should I do?
- Read the scalability FAQ and ensure you have followed the advice there.
- Upload a working demo of your problem to a page on the web and send the URL to our staff together
with a clear outline of your problem. Our typical response time can be between 10 minutes and 4 hours; in exceptional circumstances it may take up to 24 hours to reply.
- I think I've found a competitor product which is more scalable - what should I do?
- Read the scalability FAQ and ensure you have followed the advice there.
- Upload two working demos of your problem to a page on the web and send the URL's to our staff together
with a clear description. One of the demos must use our product. One must use the competitor product. Our staff will check your use of our product carefully to see if you have implemented it correctly. You will be advised on steps to take to improve its scalability. You can be sure that our staff will not rest until a scalability has been achieved that is at least as good as the competitor product.
- If you wish to make a claim under the scalability guarantee, please note (i) that the main purpose of the guarantee is to ensure that you get the best possible scalability (not a free menu), and (ii) that the conditions and terms of the guarantee require a period of time in which you and we work together with the online demos to achieve the appropriate scalability. So the appropriate first step is to contact us and work with us on the problem.
- I haven't bought your product yet - I'm just testing with the trial. Can you advise me on managing a large menu?
Yes, gladly. Ensure you have read the scalability FAQ
and, if you can, create a web page where you can show us what you have tried
so far and what you are trying the achieve. Then
contact our staff with the details, and we
will be happy to advise you on scalability strategies.
